3. Proclamation of Kingdom (Thursday)
Jesus came to Galilee proclaiming the gospel of God: "This
is the time of fulfillment. The kingdom of God is at hand. Repent,
and believe in the good news." [Mark 1:14-15]
Another mystery of light is the preaching by which Jesus proclaims
the coming of the Kingdom of God, calls to conversion and forgives
the sins of all who draw near to him in humble trust: the inauguration
of that ministry of mercy which he continues to exercise until
the end of the world, particularly through the Sacrament of
Reconciliation which he has entrusted to his Church.
(on the large bead, and the others throughout the Rosary,
we recite the Our Father ) Our Father,
who art in heaven,...
(on each of the small beads of the decades of the Rosary,
we recite the Hail Mary ) Hail Mary, full
of grace,..... - (10x)
(at the end of each decade, we recite the Glory be to the Father)
Glory be to the Father,...
O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of
hell, lead all souls to heaven, especially those who have most
need of your mercy.
A Short Hymn
Be with us Mary; along the way.,
Guide every step we take,
Lead, us to Jesus; your loving Son.,
Come with us Mary Come.
