Cancer Healed in Singapore Bible Festival '97

My name is Jennifer. Since 1996, I had a feeling that I must go for a pep smear but my laziness, busy work and family schedule prevented me from doing so. It was only until in April 1997 that my strong urge forced me to go for the test. I was diagnosed with early stage of cervix cancer.

I went for a con-biopsy, but as the affected areas were too deep down the cervix canal not all the tissues could be removed. After examining all that were removed, my doctor and four pathologists came to a conclusion that it was for the best that I undergo a hysterectomy (that is to have my womb removed) and the date was to be on 3rd July 1997.

In June 1997, I attended the Sabah retreat in Malaysia where I prayed for healing. I also attended the healing session at St. Michael's Church Singapore. At the end of June, Father Augustine Mundackatt from Divine Retreat Centre, Potta asked me to go for a second check-up before the operation was to be held. But the doctor insisted that I go for the operation immediately.

Actually, I had a feeling that I was healed during one of the healing masses held at St. Michael's Church as I felt a strong electric current pass through my body. I wasn't sure and thus did not claim healing till I received the medical report from the doctor confirming that I am completely healed of cancer. Praise the Lord!

For the past 2 years, my 2 daughters who like myself did not go to church regularly, have been attending healing masses and preaching on the Word of God with me. During one of healing masses, my eldest daughter received the "Gift of Tongue" and at the Bible Festival at the Singapore Indoor stadium from July 11th- 13th led by Fr Vincent Lee, Fr. Augustine Mundackatt and Adv. A M Mathew, my younger daughter also received the gift of Tongue I witnessed numerous healing and miracles during this Bible Festival. I am glad that my husband Vincent Leong attended the retreat at Divine Retreat Centre, Potta, India and is in the ministry of the Word now.

With all these blessings from God, we begin our daily prayers at home. Praise the Lord!

I like to thank Jesus with all my heart for healing me of cancer of the cervix. You have showed me the way how to go about for my treatment and also open up my heart to prayers and knowing You better. I was sick and was healed, I lost my way and You lead me to "Light" again. Now that I have found You I pray that Holy Spirit will continue to help and guide me.
